Newport Beach, CA based Platinum Storage Group has recently acquired two self-storage facilities in Spring Hill, TN. The company plans to rebrand these facilities as Storelocal properties.
The soon-to-be upgraded and rebranded storage facilities are Spring Hill Mini Warehouses at 1212 School Street, Spring Hill, TN and Port Royal Storage at 3797 Old Port Royal Road, Spring Hill, TN. The School Street location offers 43,400 square feet of rentable space and 336 storage units. The Old Port Royal Road location offers 105,515 square feet of rentable space and 697 storage units. Platinum Storage Group plans to enhance operations, technology and marketing systems at both facilities. In addition, Platinum Storage will be implementing online bill pay, new security, camera systems, electronic gate access and a full technology suite from Tenant Inc., which will create a seamless user experience for customers.
Platinum Storage Group worked closely with local Tennessee real estate broker Ty Hasty of Great South Real Estate and Development LLC, and is currently in the process of developing 5 more properties in the area.
