Ms. Agredano is responsible for asset management for Platinum’s nationwide portfolio of self-storage properties. Ms. Agredano has 15 years of experience at Platinum, and her in-depth knowledge of each property in the company’s operating portfolio allows the firm to efficiently manage property-level operating costs and capital expenditures while maintaining a high quality experience for Platinum’s valued customers. She regularly attends self-storage industry conferences and trade shows to expand Platinum’s nationwide vendor and contractor relationships and learn about new product innovations, particularly in technology and security. Ms. Agredano studied business and finance at Chapman University until 2004 when she joined Platinum’s team. She actively supports Helping Hands and Connecting Hands OC, providing financial support and mentoring to mothers in need.

Her group manages property services for the firm’s directly-owned properties, as well as a related and fully-integrated business line of managing self-storage properties for third-party owners including independent operators and financial institutions. She works closely with the firm’s area managers and on-site property managers throughout the United States to prepare and implement capital expenditure and operating maintenance budgets, perform property inspections, manage vendors and contractors, and implement technology upgrades. Ms. Agredano’s team also oversees Platinum’s property insurance claims management process to perform damage assessments following storms or other events, document losses, work with insurance adjusters, and manage repairs.
