Mr. I is the Corporate Controller for our portfolio of 30+ properties. He is responsible for cash management and overseeing the daily accounting functions. His background includes over 25 years of experience in the financial operations and management within the real estate sector. Mr. I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
Mr. I started his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young in the Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group working on some of the largest real estate clients in Southern California. Following his time with E&Y, he spent time working with some of the biggest names in Southern California real estate, such as The Irvine Company, Standard Pacific Homes and IHP Capital Partners.
